North Poway

As you take RB Road to the East from RB, it turns into Espola Road.  (Just an aside, because Espola Road will be mentioned so often, Espola was named because it was the old road between EScondido, POway, and LAkeside)

North Poway is a VERY upscale rural area. Check the button on the left and it will demonstrate by showing you the address, square footage and price of ALL the currently listed homes in North Poway.

North Poway is purely residential, and shares the school district and shopping with RB. Like RB, North Poway has MANY neighborhoods, each with its own culture -- but, unlike RB, none with any available shopping. The closest shopping is in Rancho Bernardo, but that is only a minute away...

The first community you see on the right is Summerfield Estates. It is the only reasonably priced, tract type homes in North Poway – and it is a VERY nice small neighborhood. There are a few acre-size homes at the end of several of the cul-de-sacs, but generally these are smaller homes on smaller lots.

 As you continue east on Espola, on both the north and south sides you will find Green Valley.

Green Valley

 Green Valley is a generic term for six or seven smaller neighborhoods on the north and south side of Espola Road. The first entry is the Valle Verde Ranch on the South, and the street is Avenida Florencia. The neighborhoods include Green Valley Estates, Valle Verde Ranch (horse properties), Del Norte, Green Valley Highlands, Silver Saddle Estates, Stoneridge (smaller properties around ahe Stoneridge Country Club.)
