Marbella
One of the nicer communities in Oaks North, Marbella is relatively new (1988)
community. There are a variety of models of single-family detached homes, The
homes feature bullnose corners, and vaulted ceilings, and some of the homes are
on a beautiful community-maintained “green belt.”
The sizes range from 1,620 square feet (Barcelona Model), 1,697 square feet
(Madrid Model), and the 1,866 square feet (Seville Model).
