Right now, my "Hemphill's Choice": Inside the Covenant, my "Best Buy is at 10915 Rim Road. and the other home at 10967 Rim ($749,000) is also a great home at a very reasonable price. Out of the Covenant, I like 10218 Spruce Woodlands among the new Greystone Homes, and among the landed homes I like the property at 28695 Mountain Lilac.
