The Meadows Community Center The Meadows Homes Association has the responsibility of the enforcement of the Conditions, Codes and Restrictions that are in place for the 556 homes surrounding the Meadow Lake Golf Course. While most residents are justifiably concerned with those annoyances that might impact their daily lives, like barking dogs, speeding cars, and loud parties, the Association governing group actually spends much of its time on architectural matters, and managing the Meadows Community Center with its Olympic-size swimming pool. The Meadows Homes Association is governed by a Board of Directors with nine positions. The list of Officers and Directors, with their respective responsibilities, and one of the sub-sections of this section, as are copies of the latest By-Laws of the Association, the CC&Rs. There are never enough volunteers to keep the workload from being difficult for those involved, and all members are encouraged to participate to the extent of their time and interest. |
